Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy:

Books are normally shipped within 24 - 48 hours of placing an order. Credit Card sales are NOT billed until the item is shipped, and Paypal payments are not "accepted" by our system until the item is shipped.

For "FREE SHIPPING" on orders of $25.00 or more, the shipping will ALWAYS be via USPS Media Mail ONLY.

Approximate Transit Times:

USPS Priority Mail - 3 to 5 Days

USPS Media Mail - 7 to 14 Days

Returns Policy:

Returns are accepted ONLY on defective merchandise (missing pages, misprinted pages, etc.) and are done on an EXCHANGE basis. Overstock returns are not accepted by WillowTree Press. If you have a defective book which needs to be exchanged, use the RETURNS FORM or contact info@willowtreepress.com directly.
